1Who We Are

Tycros (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates tycros.com, an online store selling premium digital products — including templates, planning documents, design kits, and similar downloadable resources — aimed at helping entrepreneurs, freelancers, marketers, and businesses move faster.

These Terms apply to every visitor, customer, and user of the Site, regardless of how you came to use it.

2Nature of Our Products

All Products sold on Tycros are digital goods delivered electronically. We do not sell or ship any physical items at this time. By purchasing a Product, you understand that:

• You are buying a license to use the digital files, not the underlying intellectual property itself.
• Products are delivered as downloadable files (e.g. PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, Canva links, Notion templates) depending on the specific item.
• No physical item will be shipped to you.

3License & Permitted Use

When you purchase a Product, Tycros grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal commercial license to use the Product, subject to the following:

You may:

• Use the Product for your own personal or business projects, without limit on the number of times used.
• Customize, edit, and rebrand the Product to fit your own needs.
• Use the Product to create deliverables for your own paying clients (e.g. a freelancer building a business plan for a client using our template).

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Product files themselves, in original or modified form, as a standalone digital product.
• Share your purchased files publicly, upload them to other marketplaces, or include them in any “freebie” or bundle offered to others.
• Claim authorship or original creation of the underlying template, design, or document structure.

Each license is intended for use by one individual or one business entity. Teams requiring multiple users should purchase a license per user or contact us for team pricing.

4Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase Products from Tycros. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide (name, email, billing details) is accurate and current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account or purchase access.

5Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on the Site are shown in the displayed currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing, run promotions, or adjust discounts at any time without prior notice; changes will not affect orders already completed.

Payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. Tycros does not store your full card details on its own servers. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

6Delivery & Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive:

• An on-screen download link on the order confirmation page.
• An email containing your download link, sent to the address provided at checkout.

It is your responsibility to provide a valid, monitored email address. If you do not receive your files within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting support. Download links remain accessible for repeat downloads; we recommend saving a personal backup of your files after download.

7Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Tycros offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Products, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible for refund:

• The file is corrupted, incomplete, or fails to open after a reasonable troubleshooting attempt.
• The Product delivered is materially different from what was described on the product page.

Not eligible for refund:

• Change of mind after downloading and reviewing usable files.
• Lack of technical skill or software required to open/edit the file format (compatibility requirements are listed on each product page).
• Requests made more than 30 days after the date of purchase.

To request a refund, contact us at support@tycros.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

8Intellectual Property

All Products, including their design, layout, text structure, graphics, and underlying files, are the intellectual property of Tycros or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Purchasing a Product does not transfer ownership of that intellectual property to you — only the limited license described in Section 3.

The Tycros name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Tycros and may not be used without our prior written permission.

9Prohibited Conduct

While using the Site or our Products, you agree not to:

• Violate the license terms described in Section 3, including unauthorized resale or redistribution.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or another user’s account.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or anything designed to disrupt the Site’s functionality.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our express permission.

10Updates to Products

We continuously work to improve our Products. When a Product you’ve purchased receives an update, you will be entitled to the updated version at no additional cost. We do not guarantee a specific update schedule or that any particular feature will be added in the future.

11Disclaimers

Our Products and Site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for accuracy and quality in every Product, we make no warranty that:

• Use of our templates or documents will guarantee any specific business, financial, or career outcome.
• The Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure at all times.
• Any third-party software referenced (e.g. Canva, Notion, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) will remain free, available, or unchanged.

Testimonials and results referenced on the Site reflect individual customer experiences and are not a guarantee of similar results for every user.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tycros and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any Product.

In all cases, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

13Third-Party Tools

Certain Products may require or reference third-party software (such as Canva, Notion, Google Sheets, or Microsoft Office) to view or edit. Tycros is not responsible for the availability, pricing, or functionality of these third-party platforms, which are governed by their own respective terms of service.

14Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, offerings, or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting our support team before pursuing any other remedy.
